Psycho-spiritual integration is the process of weaving one reality into another. It involves taking all of the magic, lessons and insights gleaned from ceremony and grounding them into the your daily life.
Integration work can be especially helpful if you have turned to the medicines for help recovering from addictions or to make big changes in your life.
This work offers powerful allyship and practical accountability as you set out on the new path ahead of you. It can also support you in the process of undertaking new creative projects, initiating important conversations or any of the additional transformational decisions the medicine may inspire.
It can also help if any aspect of your experience has left you feeling confused, unsafe or ungrounded.

Why would I benefit from Integration support ?
Plant medicines (and other modalities) have the profound ability to shift many things in a sort period of time. This benefit also comes with the reality of having to process big changes while continuing to live in the environment we were in prior to our transformation. Integration support can act as a tether to the magic. An encouragement when old habits want to return. And most importantly, as a reminder that you are never alone.
Integration support can also be vital if plant medicines or other modalities have left you feeling confused, anxious or ungrounded.
In addition, when we adequately integrate the teaching gifted to us by plant allies we are building trust and respect with their consciousness. Allowing for an organic deepening in understanding and reciprocity.
Do you only offer integration post ceremony ?
It is my belief that we begin integrating the teachings of the plants prior to ingesting them. The moment we make the decision to sit in ceremony something changes, a new awareness begins to weave its way into our days. I work with people on all stages of their journey, from the plant curious to those still integrating ceremonies from long ago.
What is your experience ?
I am trained and certified in psychedelic integration, addiction recovery and transformational coaching through BTTY in addition to several other healing arts modalities. My primary learnings have come from the journey of existing as a highly sensitive person in this wild work, and personally integrating big psycho-spiritual experiences into the fabric of my life. I share what has worked for me and offer the support I so wish I had had during some of my more challenging moments.
