My name is Christiana, I was born on long Island, New York and moved to Portugal at 2 months old and am descended from primarily German and Irish ancestry.
I am a musician, healings arts practitioner and student midwife. I have been in practice offering classes, retreats and one on one sessions for 12 years. The foundations of my learnings were born from the land, plants and waters of my home lands and have been supported through formal study and apprenticeship in herbalism, tantra yoga, ceremony, art, bodywork and women’s health. I feel blessed to have served many kinds of people over the years, those who gravitate towards me the most are the spiritually curious, sensing there is something beyond the reaches of their current experience. By guiding people how to sustain altered states of awareness, inner exploration and how to safely open (and close) their senses people leave with an expanded capacity and understanding of their own unique magic and place in this web of life.
